Electrical Product Safety Recall
NUTRIBLEND & NUTRiINFUSION
The two silver stainless steel blenders with silver buttons on the front (as shown below) are being voluntarily recalled as they have an internal component made of unsuitable material.
The TV Shop is implementing this voluntary recall of NUTRIBLEND & NUTRiINFUSION in consultation with the ACCC. These products were sold between March 2015 and September 2015.
If spilled liquid enters the blender, it has the potential to cause a fire.
The safety of our customers is our number one priority. We apologise for any inconvenience, but in the interest of customer safety it is important that you return your blender at your earliest convenience so that it is repaired without delay.
Customers are advised to unplug the unit from the main power supply and stop using immediately. Please register by clicking the link below to make arrangements to return your blender/s for repair. This repair is free of charge and will be completed as quickly as possible.
Note that only the base unit is affected and will need to be returned to the authorised repair centre. Customers are advised to keep all their accessories for use when the base unit is repaired and returned.

How to return your blender for repair
- You need to ensure the blender is unplugged from the power supply and discontinue use.
- Register your details so a Return Kit of suitable packaging can be sent to you for the return of the blender to our authorised repair centre.
- Return only the base unit of the blender/s in the packaging supplied by The TV Shop and take to your nearest Post Shop.
- Your blender will be repaired and returned to you via courier within 5-7 working days from the date it arrives at the authorised repair centre.
- You will be emailed a tracking number once your repaired product has been dispatched to you, so you have the ability to track its progress.

Recommended final registration dates for repairs prior to Christmas (please note, this is dependent on the product being returned to the Service Centre immediately from receipt of your flat pack. Every effort will be made by the Service Centre to repair and dispatch your product as quickly as possible).

Your questions answered
How do I identify if my blender is in the recall?
It will be called a NUTRIBLEND OR a NUTRiINFUSION. Both models have a silver stainless steel base with a silver disk on the front of it.
If your blender has a dark grey base, is labelled as NUTRiINFUSION 700 and has a label on the bottom of the base that says it is V2 (version 2) it is NOT affected by the recall. The NUTRiINFUSION 218 also has a dark grey base and is not affected by this recall.
How do I register?
Everyone who purchased, or received, a NUTRIBLEND or NUTRiINFUSION blender that is being recalled needs to register. This includes those who purchased through The TV Shop Call Centre and those who purchased from a TV Shop Live Event, at an expo or As Seen On TV stand.

What do I return? What do I keep?
Only return the base unit of your blender/s in the Return Kit packaging material supplied.
Please keep all accessories i.e. the cups, cup rings, blades, lids and book as you will need these to operate your blender after repair.
How long will it take to repair and return?
Once you have returned the base unit of your blender and it has been received at the authorised repair centre, please allow 5-7 working days for repair. Your blender/s will be returned by courier, free of charge as soon as the repair has been completed. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you are able to track your package.

How do I know where my base unit is in the process?
As outlined above, you will need to allow 5-7 working days from the date your blender/s arrive at the authorised repair centre. To track your package, both to and from the authorised repair centre click here and enter your tracking number.
I received two products in a 'Buy 1 get 1 free' offer. I no longer own both. What do I do to get the product I gifted repaired?
Please advise us in the online registration process how many blenders you will be sending for repair. If you no longer own the blender, please make contact with the new owner (if possible) and ask them to register on this website.
My blender is working fine. Do I really need to return it?
Yes. Every product in the recall needs to be repaired for your safety and the safety of others using it.
